For Claudia, client service isn’t a function — it’s the through-line of a career built on listening, advocating, and showing up for the people and communities who depend on her. As a Client Relationship Manager at Mariaca Wealth Management, she brings the same depth of presence to our client families that she has brought to boardrooms, city councils, and nonprofit missions throughout her career.
A Career Built at the Intersection of Strategy and Service
Most recently, Claudia served as Director of Development and Marketing at Nonprofits First, where she led strategic initiatives to strengthen nonprofit impact and foster meaningful partnerships across Palm Beach County. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in marketing and human resources for one of South America’s largest newspaper conglomerates and built operating experience in property management.
Claudia also brings six years of public service as a City Councilwoman for the City of Doral in Miami-Dade County, including one year as Vice Mayor. She has served on the boards of the Miami-Dade League of Cities and the Miami-Dade County Schools Attendance and Boundary Committee — experiences that have sharpened her instinct for coordinating complex stakeholders toward a shared goal.
A Truly International Perspective
Born in Argentina and shaped by ten years living in Brazil, Claudia is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese — a rare capability that allows MWM to serve multilingual families and clients with international ties in their native language. She holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University.
Outside the Office
Above all, Claudia is grounded by family. She and her husband — whom she met when they were both twelve years old — are raising two children, and family time is the anchor of her week. She is passionate about mental health and animal welfare, and finds restoration in hiking, traveling, and crafting.
She joined Mariaca Wealth Management because the boutique environment allows her to do what she has always done best: bring her full attention to the people in front of her, advocate for what they need, and quietly handle the complexity behind the scenes so they can focus on the life they are building.
